We have used Impel for all of our electronics for years. We recently had additional work done. Their services continue to be first rate. They promptly respond to all inquiries, show up on time, and everything is professional and A+ from the smallest job to the most complicated. We recommend this company to anyone we know with electronic needs.

Excellent job. Worked with me concerning my schedule. I had just moved in and was expecting out of town company (including children) who would be staying with me for a few days so I needed the TVs installed quickly. He was very prompt and professional. I would definitely hire him again.

GREAT! Mr. Perry showed up on time, was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and asked questions about our needs (the large flat screen TV was mounted in a conference room). He never seemed rushed, and was willing to make adjustments to the details of the job as we discussed the steps. We are very pleased and will use his company again.

They were prompt, fast and professional. We had them install a wall mounted flat panel TV and hide wires behind wall. They did a very nice job and were done in good time. We would definitely use IMPEL again.

Randy corrected a cable connection and installed several additional electrical outlets in our basement. Randy was exceptional. He arrived on time, efficiently diagnosed our cable wiring problem, remedied the problem (which our comcast installation contact was unable to do), and finished with enough time to install several outlets that had been on our basement wish list. We will absolutely call him with any future electrical problems at our new home.
